Cannot open zip files in outlook 2007

Steps I had tried in troubleshooting this: I created a new Outlook profile, and received the same problem and could not open the file Her Mngr can open the file with no problems and they are both on Msft Office Sent the file to a web based email i. Yahoo Webmail, and was able to open the file with no problems I have tried to save the file outside of the email received and get a permissions error when trying to do so from within the Outlook email received.
