If I remove the read only property, it reapplies the read only property immediately. This will not allow the FBW updater to work. Updates will fail every time now. Only way around this is to download the latest build off the FBW website and extract it directly into the Community folder. This allowed me to install the stable version, but the FBW installer fails to switch to the development version. We had some maintenance on our download infrastructure last night to hopefully resolve the current issues for certain users of the installer.
